Delete your account
Deleting your fyrvo account erases it and everything in it. There is no grace period and no way to undo it — if you only want to stop appearing publicly, set your sessions to private in the app instead.
1. From inside the app (fastest)
This is the complete route and takes effect immediately:
Settings → Account → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm.
The app deletes your data from our servers, then deletes your sign-in record, then signs you out. You do not need to contact us.
2. If you've already uninstalled the app
Email business@mypulse360.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my fyrvo account". We match the request against that email address and confirm by reply once it's done, normally within 30 days and usually much sooner.
If you can still install the app, signing back in and using the in-app route above is faster and needs no verification step.
3. What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account, permanently:
- Your profile — name, email, username, bio and profile picture
- Every workout, run and ride, including GPS routes, heart-rate series and session photos
- Routines, custom exercises, personal records and body-weight history
- Your conversations with Spot, the AI trainer
- Follows in both directions, likes and comments
- Notifications you received, and notifications about you in other people's inboxes
- Any share links you created — the URLs stop working
- Push notification tokens and daily health metrics
4. What we keep, and why
- Reports filed about your content. If someone reported you, that report stays so account deletion can't be used to wipe a moderation record. It holds the report itself, not your workouts.
- Comments other people wrote on sessions of yours stay attached to their own authors, not to you. Your sessions are gone, so the comments go with them; comments you left elsewhere are deleted.
- Ordinary server logs and backups roll off on their normal schedule, at most 30 days. They are not queryable by account and are not used for anything after deletion.
See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and which processors are involved.
5. Deleting your data without deleting your account
You can delete individual sessions, photos, comments and share links from inside the app at any time, and set any session to private so it leaves the feed and your public profile. Account deletion is only necessary if you want the account itself gone.
