PULSE360 LTD is responsible for the content of fyrvo.mypulse360.com and the fyrvo mobile apps.
3. Hosting
The fyrvo website and API are hosted on Google Cloud Run (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), region us-central1, United States. Application data is stored with MongoDB, Inc. (MongoDB Atlas). See our Privacy Policy for the full list of data processors.
4. Dispute resolution
If you're a consumer in the UK and have a complaint we haven't resolved directly, you can raise it with Citizens Advice or, for cross-border EU disputes, your national consumer protection body. PULSE360 LTD does not participate in binding alternative dispute resolution schemes and is not obliged to.
5. Intellectual property
The fyrvo name, logo, and the design and code of the website and apps are the property of PULSE360 LTD or its licensors, except where otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
